Week 8 Progress

    This week, we built our RGB sensor circuits. We also connected our servo motors into the circuits and tested the light sensors. We found out that when putting on black blocks, the output read in the computer has a large difference than that read when putting the light sensors on white blocks. So we are sure that we can set a threshold in the program to distinguish whether the sensors meet white or black boxes.

    We are also working on the programming part. How to make the servo motor moving properly is a tough problem. After changing for a lot of times, we finally could make the motor move and go back when the light sensors meet the black blocks. However, if there are two black blocks coming in sequence, the motor will not work. We will figure it out next week.
